What you can
expect from us:
Enquiry
Stage
We will
offer you one or more possibilities for your tour. Our
proposal will contain:

A price
overview of a cost per person;

Any
supplemental costs will be clearly stated;

A full
list of what is included in this price – no hidden
extras or charges;
-
A sample
tour itinerary;
-
Some
ideas of where to stay;
-
In case
of concert tours, some sample venues;
-
General
Terms and Conditions.
Booking
Stage
Once the
itinerary and price have been accepted and dates have been
chosen, we will generally take out one or two hotel options,
and look into actual transportation costs.
We will
offer those out and will send you a contract and a deposit
invoice. Once this deposit has been collected from each member
by yourself, you can pay this to us.
Once the
contract has been drawn up and the deposit received, the price
is honoured and no longer subject to availability, unless
certain aspects of the tour are changed by you after the price
has been set.
Please note,
that at this stage the itinerary is still not set in stone.
You can still add or amend things, or we may have to juggle
visits or concerts around once we check availability.
Final
Details Stage
The final
invoice is generally payable 6 weeks prior to travel, at which
point we will send you our final line-by-line tour itinerary
containing all the relevant details of your tour, including
telephone numbers, timings, meeting points etc. If
appropriate and included in your tour price, a short itinerary
in full colour will be issued for you to give to each group
member.
Although we
strongly recommend that you do, if you have decided not to
travel with one of our tour leaders, the group leader will
also receive our tour vouchers, and a welcome pack with local
maps and other relevant documents.
In case of concert tours, each concert will have its
own “Venue Information Sheet”, with all the specific
details of the concert and venue listed.
Travel
Stage
Once you are
on your way, we will be contact with you to see how things are
going. You will also have been given our 24/7 emergency
number, that you can use to talk to one of our staff in case
of questions or unforeseen circumstances whilst touring.
After
the tour
As we value
your opinion, after the tour has been completed, we will
follow up with you one more time to ask how everything went
and to ask for general feedback on all aspects of the tour.
